Wi-Fi speed was decent for work calls. Got early check-in without much hassle. Very convenient for work travel. Staff were polite and helped us with directions.

Good Stay
Peaceful environment made it perfect for rest. The room was just as shown in the pictures. Beds were really comfortable and cozy. AC and geyser worked perfectly throughout.

Do not Trust the photo
First of all a terrible experience lady did not respond properly, she didn't deserve to be in call center, second worst experience no proper service, cockroaches roaming here no room I saw like this in my Life, I had taken the photo of the room and send it but no response, no bathroom towel no soap even though they are not cleaning the room if we say so, breakfast was included but still 10. am they didn't provide the breakfast when I shout at them then they are providing. totally worst experience.

Good Stay
Location is not good. There is fish market, so lot of smell There is no restaurant attached and the room is not so clean There is no lift, only staircase

Terrible Stay
The rooms were not equal to the picture. The room that was offered to us was being used by one of the service boys . It was extremely unhygienic. So we shifted to a different hotel

Terrible Stay
No water given. When asked for cold water even willing to pay for extra not provided. There were cockroach all over the room. Very very bad service

Not suitable for family, smoking odour fully in the hotel and No seperate space for lobby or any other facilities, only room

1) rooms were smelling with smoke 2) rooms were small but were ok. 3) the check out on mm t was 12 pm but the hotel mentions as 11 pm in real.

My experience was really really good , staffs are really co-operative , hotel is located on main road like very close to andheri subway / railway stations and airports ..the size of the room is good and most of the rooms are with windows
