Poor guest service.
Rooms are not cleaned properly and toiletries are not provided properly. When asked about it from the room service staff, they make unpleasant faces.

Excellent Stay
Gulf hotel is really really very nice to stay. Everything is outstanding. The hotel staff is very very nice. Especially the receptionist guy mr. Samson he is very polite and like a family man. Location is outstanding. If you want to feel like a Dubai, then you should come here only. No other choice. Apart from that the night life around the hotel is just amazing. You feel like in Emirates. Also emiratis stays here and you can see around you

Terrible Stay
Super expensive , Rooms were very suffocating , room sizes are very small, and doesn’t look like it’smentioned in the pictures , no ventilation in rooms and toilets , The sinks in h the toilet were clogged and had only 2 options in breakfast menu

Rooms were not upto the mark. Not proper painted on the walls. Food was good. Location is very good walking distance to Gateway of India
