Booked the property for office colleagues from Gurgaon as it shows as apartment, asked them to shift somewhere private as the current flat was on room sharing basis and they helped me shift to Versova. The flat hygiene was terrible, sheets had stains, ac did not work in one of the room, and at night you’d see small cockroaches all over the house. For payment 2 people were behind me, before the booking itself I asked them for an invoice and today morning as well I was told you’d get it by 11 and now they are denying to even give me a bill. Terrible experience, never book this hotel and its people would want to loot you and that’s what these caretakers are behind. Really wanted to give my colleagues a good experience of Mumbai but the stay messed everything up and we paid 7.5k per night for 3 nights, excluding mmt commission.

Good location, nice apartment. All rooms are maintained very well and clean. Good quality furniture and good food. Staff are very helpful and courteous. Would definitely stay there again on my next trip to mumbai

“i stayed at this property recently, and unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations for the rs. 4300 price range. The room was quite small, and basic amenities were lacking. I had to ask the staff for soap, and no shampoo was provided. For the price charged, i expected a much better experience. Definitely not worth the value. ”

Overall stay in the facility was satisfatctory -Rooms are neat and clean , good behaviour of the staffs. There are 3 rooms are available in the appartment, which are rented separately. There are a common dinning, kitchen and hall. Staffs of the apartment sleep there in the night. - ⁠Services can be improved- Shaving & Dental kits were missing. Dental kit was provided on asking

Stayed for one night. Room size is good. Overall room appearance is good but bed was creaking, washbasin is not upto standard, lot of noise from outside as it's near to road and few mosquitos did not let me sleep.

One of the worst stay i have experienced this time. The property which i booked was not having attached wash room and since my flight was delayed and was tired they have given an option to move their property which is nearby.

The place was nice and cosy. The caretaker was helpful and silent. We were able to find the place easily. Good food.

The house was in a nice area with ease in shopping for basic things and very close to highway. The rooms were spacious and clean. The bathroom and toilet are well maintained. The care taker shravan kumar maintains the apartment very well. He is a good cook too. I would certainly visit again.

It was good stay here!it was a solo trip being a girl was lil worried about the safety but it was all safe!the room was clean. Had got goodnight mosquito repellent on demand. They do have iron to iron the clothes. The staff is good. The cook is excellent. He makes the food in the kitchen as per your demand.
