hospitality is not good service and also not good behaviour every day ask for a towel and breakfast and dinner

cockroches everywhere in the room and we spray hit in the closed room which give infection to us

Worst Service and Worst Facilities. No water in Washbasin, No Shower, Only one hour of Tap water, No TV, No Chair, No Drinking water, No Shampoo, No Soap ...

had very bed experience in this hotel here why -cockroach problem and vary Unhygienic and very bed oduer room

They are not cooperative

The staff was rude and kept playing songs on high volume all night, which did not let me sleep no towels or toiletries. Where provided when I asked for towels, it took them one hour to provide. The room was very smelly with a lot of fungus everywhere. No hot water was available. The tabs faucet, and the shower was so rusty that I could not put that water in my mouth. I had to use bottle water even for brushing.

Room s are not clean so many ineseats in the room bath room not clean fan is not available

The location is terrible but near the international airport, dirty congested area, complimentary breakfast was initially denied but provided after argument, small rooms, bathroom was pathetic one of the room, only positive thing was it was near to international airport.

don't believe on those photos showed. very pathetic rooms and very bad smells in the room

it's very poor experience I ever had..No TV ,No hot water,floor also very dirty never cleaned..towel also not prepared.. washroom it's very dirty , bathroom sink ,pipes everything rusted.. really I disappointed..after few minutes I checked out from there.. please take the note.. thank you 🙏

Bath room not cleaned properly. No hot water arrangement, after request they arranged 1 bucket water for my baby. switch board damaged. even entrance sofa also damaged. I don't know how they matching international hotel requirements.

Worst place to live with a family. Bathroom smelly and no hot water to bath. No TV. The workers seems like they don't care for guest. We are like jopad pati people like that they treat.
