stay was ok. I got the ground floor room where the curtains were not completely closing n window is next to pathway n car park. so no privacy. second no cleaning of room day to day once we go out n come. they don't provide water bottle. only after asking they provide. N I booked the room with breakfast they denied and said I am not eligible. So if you provide in your app as booking with breakfast kindly provide it. the hotel guys say it's discounted price booking so no breakfast. We use your app for discount price booking n best facility n quality. . pls either you verify the property you list on the app orelse it's better I call the hotel directly n confirm booking rather than having all this problems.
