Good service and maintenance clean and neat working person very friendly

The Hotel had a good room & toilet facilities and was well kept at the time of check in. But there is no back up of power if there is a power cut and room AC will not work during the power cut. Same is the case with the lift. I had to take my mom who cannot climb stairs due to her leg pain issue through the steps only since there was no power for lift. Also the reception area where the lift lands is in basement and there are quite a number of stairs to climb to reach the ground floor exit.

Hotel location is near to main bus stand, good restaurants and Veera Rahavan Perumal temple. Hotel room is maintained well and staff were helpful.

The property is clean and had good hospitality also you have many hotels nearby for food options as well

only rooms are clean and neat otherwise please don't expect others, they are not given even single water bottle and not having proper other services

Clean neat room and sheets were brand new. Would recommend this place any time. Friendly staff.

It's not earning 6% discount. I really had a wonderful stay, rooms are clean and hygiene. The reception person mr. Diwakar and the boy who assist are very hospitalable. Good choice for ladies. I felt very safe and secure there.

The stay in mm grand residency was very pleasant. The rooms are very clean and staff very friendly. The only concern is going to underground basement via steps and then taking the lift. For aged people it is a bit of inconvenience since have to walk up and down the stairs to go in and out. Location is very good close to good hotel for food and temple. As stated, good place to stay.
