The location is top notch! right next to the beach. The food is authentic kerala cuisine, and offered with a variety. The rooms are spacious and the bathrooms are well maintained. The only challenge we had were with parking - the property doesn't have parking of its own, so we have to park in a neighborhood home. Due to power fluctuations, the air conditioning went kaput in the night and the weather was too humid to be managed with just a fan. The caretaker raju is very helpful and suggests or arranges for nearby places to visit. Overall, a good stay with some amazing views and food!

Good and comfortable stay with nice view on private beach. Relaxing stay. Price was too expensive which is what i felt. And in one room ac was not working, so paying that much money and ac not working and we need to adjust with table fan is not what we expect in a stay. But view was good. Host was very friendly. The chef was great providing us delicious food.

Without doubt the most serene and peaceful property ive ever stayed in. Amazing staff and very tasty food. It's an absolute hidden gem
