The behavior of the male receptionist is very bad. He asked and argued for additional payment for extra bed even though our booking condition with make my trip clearly mentioned that there no extra cost for additional bed.

It’s an average stay. I didn’t feel as worth of as I paid. I felt like a budget stay only. They allocated one room for my stay,it that room restroom can’t be locked. Then I informed them and they arranged another room on next day but in that room shower is not working properly and also the room is not cleaned properly.

Average. Not bad. Hotel attached average. Parking available. Walking distance to temple. Overall you can book if your expectations in not big.

Irresponsible staff and unhygienic, no facilities as in itinary provided

The hotel is opposite the ksrtc bus stand at west nada, walkable distance to the guruvayur temple and mammiyoor temple. Basic facilities available. Good assistance. I had booked a standard ac room which was less spacious and may not be convenient for kids. Mattress was stained and the tap water provided seemed like hard water. Hot water was available.

Stay in the hotel was ok ok. Staff behaviour also good. However the maintanence of the property was bad. The wall were broken and no precautions to prevent mosquitoes.

No hospitality or responsibility to guests, even though they say they are the best hotel at guruvayoor. No timely response.

Stay was average. Rooms and bathrooms were clean but the bedsheets were not tidy, they had a bad smell. Fan speed was not able to control because regulator was damage. It was not worth for money.

My stay in vaishnavi regency was excellent experience, nice room and services. A hotel with delicious food also available in the same building.

The room was clean and comfortable even the toilet was also very clean and very cooperative staff

I booked two ac standard rooms (203, 204) on 17. 05. 23. Though the tariff is same, one room is smaller, the health facet is broken, western closet seat is not fixed. Room is neat, staff is curtious. The hotel has a restaurent, and it is situated not far from the temple. Parking available. Internet not provided stating that the net cable wire was cut. . Neatly maintained rooms, courteous staff. But health facet in bathroom not properly working. Western closet seat loosely kept on the closet without fixing. Network facility not available as promised.

the room i got was well within the specifications mentioned in the website. that was quiet impressive and encouraging to use make my for further bookings.

It was an ok stay. Stayed there without much expectation and it came out like that. Neither good or bad
