Pros: Good parking space and friendly staff. Cons: No proper fixed net ventilation on windows and it is too hot inside. They should have provided pillow covers and bedsheet instead of just polyster covers.

Room was very dirty and windows are without Mosquito net.Night fully i have played with Mosquitos.No Toiletries,Drinking water and bathroom was not good.

1. Initially 2pm check in time was written so small that I missed it due to clumsy user interface. At the time of booking one page window which properly shows all the required details must be shown, that too without any advertisement. so that we are aware of it. 2. The hotel person was rude. He was an old person who didn't know the hospitality, technology etc. He didn't foud our booking in his hand written book and made us wait for 1 Hr near the check in 3. Hotel is atleast 2kms from temple not 0.4 kms as claimed. 4. Room was so untidy - old AC - old room - Bed full of stains. - Bad odur No proper infrastructure. The cost cant be more than 500. 6. Even water was not provided. Why it is on my trip I don't know. it is spoiling your reputation.

Cheap and best in this residency. Location easy to find. Here not food available but near so many hotels for food. We like this residency . Room service are good

I Booked Small budget Room Only Via MMT. Value Of 728/- Booked hotel given the room was some bad experience. 1. Room was Dark Due to Light facility they put Single luminous bulb. 2 . No bed sheet okey I booked only small budget but this is basic . 3. No Drinking water. 4. No Fan controller. (full night so much trouble for sleeping) 5. Face mirror. (Dull Glass) Living and Bath room. 6. Bath Mug (So Small ) My request only one if rate not comfortable please don't post this type of room. because we plan only economic tour Guruvayur Temple.

the room was not as short in the pictures, the bed sheet was extremely dirty and full of small ants when I complained about this the receptionist said maybe the cleaning staff didn't check it and neglected it. the volts were extremely dirty, and there were no blankets or quilts when I asked about it they told they only give it for AC rooms. the bathroom didn't had 24x7 hot water. but in the morning hot water was available in the bathroom. the door didn't had a proper key or lock instead he gave me a detachable lock and a small key which was very unsafe. overall the experience was extremely bad. but there was nothing to expect . but still not worth it. I will never ever visit them again ever in my life nor recommend it to anyone else

Location is good as it is in walkable distance. Room was decent. However we had booked AC room but AC was not working. As we had travelled with baby needed hot water for bath. I booked the hotel to visit guruvayur temple and for the purpose, location of the hotel is a plus. Just walkable distance from the west nada. Coming to amenities, it is so what poor. They does not provide blankets or drinking water. Later blanket was provided on continuos reguest. But no drinking water

It's not safe there at all. The windows are all broken. Their behavior is very bad. They lied by saying they will give you Wifi. I have a class for that. The room is not clean at all. I have never stayed in a room that was so dirty. Then when we arrived at 11 am, they spoke very badly. They said they would give us a room quickly if we paid them an extra 400 rupees, but we were not ready for that. This is the first time we have been to a tourist home without such a bad safe

Good room for this buget

they are not allowing room for solo travelers due to some security reasons.

My sincere request to you is that you immediately remove it from the list of hotels. This Mega tourist home is very poorly maintained. For eg they didn't provide water. There is TV but not in use. Even the mirror in the room and in toilet. The window curtains came off with the rod when we tried to slide. And many more
