A walking distance from puri railway station back gate takes 15minutes. You can take e rickshaw which will charge 20/person. However bookie near beach.

Pictures seem good but the room is extremely poorly maintained. No maintenance at all. It's a marriage hall whose rooms are being given on rent. Toilets are disgusting

Poor service. Bedsheets not proper cleaned. Basic services like water and tea supply are not available in time.

It was a business stay, room was nice, location was terrible but bus stand was nearby, hotel services poor and staff behavior was good, room was average, ambiances and amenities was also average. Overall it was an average stay, not suggested.

Very good, hotel clean and good also very helpful staff

My stay in Utsav Aangan was an average one. The hotel did not have room service and no restaurant also. I had to go out for food and no good eateries are available in the vicinity. This was the only drawback but apart from that, the hotel is awesome.

Utsav Aangan is very near to the Puri Beach but since we had a room on the ground floor we could not have a beach view. The room was spacious and totally clean but the washroom was smaller in comparison to the room. Otherwise, it was a pleasant stay.

Bad and advise others not to take the hotel as it's a Kalyan mandap not a proper hotel.
