Very bad experience, room was very congested, mattress and bed sheet was very poor. There was no TV, no blanket, no dustbin, no mirror, no cupboard, no hanging for clothes, no water, no soap and towel in the room. Moreover, the cover of the toilet tank was broken, behavior of the owner was not good. After some time they provide thin and dirty blanket small mirror, dustbin, one towel and one jug of water with two glass.

Untrained receptionist. Bad behaviour. I dont visit that hotel never ever. Very very poor experience

Value for money and neat and clean hotel and near at location

They didn't have a basic sense, they made us wait for at least 25-30 mints and continuously enquiring us about the booking and payment while we already had paid them on advance through this app.

Room and washroom was clean and bedsheet and blanket was properly clean. Best location very near to Har ki paudi.

Hotel service good.

Location was good but lodge was very bad, no room service, no tub, no water, total wastage of money.
Room space was small and no feeling for good stay, very bad experience.
