Room has to be cleaned properly, nothing else, mr ab-hi was very helpful, when my car got puncture, he came along with me to do a puncture.

It's a clean and well maintained hotel but they don't have room service nor any restaurant attached. And when i asked for help with getting an auto to the bus stop very early in the morning (i asked on the previous day) they weren't able to give me any help or guidance. I found that strange considering that they are a hospitality business located in kattappana. I am not connected with the hospitality industry in any way, but if a visitor to thiruvananthapuram (where i live) needs an auto early in the morning, i would be able to arrange it!

The location is easily accessible and is near the town. The room was nice. It was good for the family stays.
