Stay at Dream Suites Kattappana was good, behaviour of staff is friendly and helpful,room is very much spacious

average stay, poor bed, no for worth,.....

And we vacated the place soon as well

The staff displayed exceptional professionalism and attentiveness to guest . Overall, the hotel created a welcoming atmosphere that enhanced the entire trip.

The hotel was near the bus station and hardly a 5 minuite walk. The staff was friendly. The room was average and somewhat clean. I had a comfortable stay here and my rating would be near 4. 0.

The room was congested and smelled very bad. There was no air circulation. The towel provided was wet and smelled very bad. It was used by someone and not cleaned. How could i provide images after 2 days of my stay.
