    Terrible Stay

    rockcutson v.family with 2 kids

    For starters the owner was not happy that I booked online. there is tv which was not working, The room smells ike a mortuary, the windows were sealed. Like a hostel warden he was giving strict orders. The next day morning when we went to breakfast and came back by 10.30 am, he said, ' I thought you checked out so, I have cleaned the room for the next guest and you can't enter'. in fact I told him that we will inform about check out at 12 pm. we rude behaviour and worst room. what is the use of trip secure, we are treated like this. our vacation itself is ruined.
