Review Of Trikuta Garden Resorts

Date: 18/Apr/2025 2135 hrs: Trikuta Garden Resorts booked for 5 people 2200 hrs: Reached Katra, couldn't find the property, called owner , his phone was switched off. Google map showing wrong location 2315 hrs: Finally after taking help from locals reached property, it looked as a hounted house. No lights at entrance, no board with hotel name, entrance gate closed, no guest in the property, no security. 2320 hrs: The caretaker didn't had any clue of our booking. After showing booking id, he tried calling the owner but phone was continuously switched off. 2325 hrs: As we were with family, we refused to stay and requested for refund or another hotel as alternative. The caretaker called owner's friend who was owning another property 2355 hrs: After half an hour of struggle, the caretaker took us to Hotel where we spoke to owner who cooperated with us and gave 2 rooms.

Very very bad experience had to shift to another hotel immediately after check in in a very damp room and least facilities possible for a hotel

Excellent experience to stay near a natural environment. I will suggest to friends to choose this hotel to stay.

Hotel location is very nice. Room condition is excellent. The behave of the staff is good and helpful. The owner of the hotel is also helpful and supportive. The surrounding area is full of tending to nature.
