I booked a hotel for a 4-day stay in Candolim, and I have always chosen this place as my first priority for the past 5 years. However, this stay was not satisfying, mainly due to poor room maintenance — the washroom doors would not close, there was no hot water, and the bedsheets and beds were dirty. I had to follow up with the management for every issue to be fixed. Perhaps because it was the off-season, the management neglected to address these problems.

smelly rooms,dirty upholsy,bad air conditioning,premises maintenance worst,felt like a dungeon.. checked out within 20 mins and requested refund from MMT, the hotel still deducted one day charges and I am still waiting for amount from MMT

Good Stay
This was a pretty decent stay for us. We noticed all kinds of groups check in so we know it’s a good hotel. However we were 3 of us and they only give a mattress on the floor, there’s no cot. This could be a problem for people with back pain or a ther body problems. The room was decent. We didn’t opt for breakfast so aren’t sure about the food. In all and all a decent stay.

The room was big with a comfortable balcony to sit and relax. There were decent breakfast options. The major issue was with electricity. There was a loss of electricity multiple times. Though there was power backup but loss of electricity multiple times it spoil t the mood. Overall a decent budget friendly hotel

It's a decent hotel, some pros some con
coupleThe property location was very good, Candolim beach was about 3.5 kms away. There were many shops near this stay on the main road which made shopping quite easy. We stayed in the standard room - it was very clean, they even had a mini fridge, however, the AC had a broken flap and initially wasn't working, so we had to call the staff. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Room service was very good, they would bring any items without issues to our room. Their breakfast was not very good, not a lot of items and the taste was either bland or sweet. Their omelette and burji was the only good thing I liked personally. The food they serve that can be ordered through room service is much better

familyOverall 2 out of 5. Not recommended. Pro: 1. Staff Behaviour very good. Specially the front desk staff Mr. Rajesh is very courteous, welcoming and supportive. 2. Spacious and clean room. 3. Clean bathroom. Cons: 1. Room bed and bed mattress quality is very poor. While sleeping if one turns from one side to another the bed will shake like anything and will make some noise. You will be scared like hell. You may feel you will fall from the bed due to the instability. 2. Restaurant food quality is pathetic. They can make only spicy foods. If you ask less spicy to the waiter for your kids, he will still bring spicy food. Don’t know why? I feel the chef is basically poor and inexperienced and does not know other options apart from spicy Indian food. 3. Food options are mostly Indian cuisine. In Goa, one can expect good continental options. No mutton / lamb, no fish options in restaurants. Only non-veg option is chicken. 4. Breakfast options very limited. If Idly is there, then Dosa not available. No sausage / salami / dessert items in Breakfast. No cheese omelet available, only masala omelet available. 5. We ordered milk shake in dinner and it was more watery than milky. 6. Location though near to Candolim Aguada Road, but road / lane in front of hotel very narrow and broken and gets dark at night. Not good at all. 7. The parking space is very limited. Only 3 cars can be accommodated. Very difficult to park car due to less space, narrow road in front and sudden steep elevation of parking in comparison to the road elevation.
