Extra Bed... Don’t even ask.
The experience was terrible. We asked for an extra bed and they brought a mattress and said they’ll be putting it on the floor... that’s the extra bed. They charged us and when we did not avail the bed and asked to give breakfast for the third person as well as our driver instead, the person at the reception ahead the audacity to say the bed was complimentary and we should have used it and he cannot do anything about it. The arrogance and rudeness in your staff is astounding. And I’m amazed you are allowing this to happen.

Terrible Experience
The hotel was pathetic. Nothing like the pictures. The bed in the room was not made. The sheet was torn and it looked like someone had just got out of the bed. When we complained, they took their own sweet time to come and change the sheet. When I complained to the person (turned out to be the Manager, Mr. Anil), he was quite rude and challenged us about the complaint. He never apologized for the inconvenience and was very arrogant. There was also a foul smell in the washroom and the water from the sink tap tasted awful.

Not worth the cost
No toiletries made available. Two towels provided for triple booking. Kettle not working. Overall, the cost was high but no matching services provided.

Stay was amazing & staff very helpful & polite. Lot of car parking provided at the property. Rooms are clean & also tea , water provided as complimentary & price also includes free breakfast.

Excellent Stay
Property is centrally located and easy to find. Ample parking space available. It is a huge property with roof top restaurent also. ATM , shops and restaurant in walking distance. Rooms are spacious and we'll maintained. Breakfast options are very good and staff is quick in service. Check in and check was smooth and service manager is very helpful and courteous. Overall a very good value for money for family stay.

We were only ladies on this trip and had booked treeboo suvarna for two nights. We were really happy that the place is on the main road , easy to locate and the room was decent and hot water available at all times. Family Stay with infants
Neat Rooms and very good behaviour of the staff even during midnight. Breakfast was really good and was reasonable

Good overall
Great location, Services ok but can be better. 1. Only 1 complimentary water bottle, and no arrangements if you don't want to buy plastic (water bottles) 2. Treebo poster mentioned breakfast including eggs but the restaurant is veg and doesnt serve veg!
