Horrible hotel. Room was not ready. Not a single towel was available. Toiletries were missing. Next day morning, no hot water. I even went down at 4:30 am for asking the staff who were happily sleeping. For amount of 4350 paid, the service was like a cheap 500rs roadside motel

Average stay. Wifi didn’t work, bedspread had hairs. No one to take luggage from reception to room.

Room alloted was very bad and they shifted us to other after repeated request. Response from front office is very bad. They don't even know what they are doing. Especially night shift staff. The good part was food and the service staff. Very polite staff and good quality food.

Receptionists are poor... No body will pick a calls and respond

Hotel front desk person was very unprofessional, lots of attitude, i asked to speak with the Manager to share feedback about the cleanliness of the room and give feedback about the front desk person, the Manager also didn't meet me to discuss. Room and food was not good. I will never visit this place again. Hotel Ashoka is a better option.

Very Bad Service, food quality is average, Rooms are not up to the mark, the Responsible person's behaviour is poor

It was the worst experience ever. The staff were at the worst.. we changed 2 rooms cuz they were stinking and the receptionist behaved like as though they were doing a favour to us.

Mmt is cheating .. it said breakfast and dinner was included .. there was no buffet breakfast nor dinner , they deducted 1000 from dinner bill ... even though it was clearly mentioned 2 adult and 2 kids .. I had to pay for the extra bed .. mmt discount is one more bogus ... added 600 as service charge in the final bill and gave discount of 700 saying axis credit card discount

We celebrate bday party the arrangements r good and The room was very nyc nd the faculty are very responsible

The toilet seat was not attached properly. Ac not working. Somebody knocked our door at 11. 30 at night and still said the cooling is slow. We sweated whole night. Very unpleasant experience.

hi •location is little away from main city • reservation handling was very poor no bell boy is not available,nonproor intimation • rooms is big & spacious. • shaving kit is on demand. •breakfast is too bad in the sense,not a good selection of varieties when you are changing inr 3000 you are supposed to give good breakfast. overall experience was not good. suresh. room no 107 & 106

We had a terrible experience from the moment we checked in, and it was nowhere near worth the amount we paid. We had to change rooms three times. The first room had no blinds in the bathroom, which had a transparent cubicle. The second room had no lock on the bathroom door. The third room's bathroom door lock was also defective, but we decided to adjust. Additionally, the corridors had an unpleasant smell. We opted for the room with a breakfast and lunch/dinner package, expecting either a buffet or at least a preset menu. However, upon visiting the dining hall, we were informed that we couldn't order items costing more than ₹750. Overall, I would say this hotel does not meet the standards of a 3-star property, especially with such poor maintenance and service.

Rooms were terribly stinking. In spite if telling them they just had some spray done which never helped.

Please don't suggest to anyone to stay here, they are charring 5k per day but they dont even offer water, no cleanliness and waste of money, they worth for only 1k

I stayed at arya mansion on the 15th of september with my parents. When we arrived at the hotel they did not have proof of our already paid hotel booking and there was delay at the reception. When we finally got the room assigned, we were given classic room though we paid for elegance room. The room was switched after we complained. Service was generally poor with catering and some of our requests were not addressed at all even after the management saying yes we will look into it. Like fixing the tv. And at night there is loud music played till 1 am and we could hear men/boys screaming and running in our corridor at night. We expected a decent and safe place for a family to stay and was thoroughly disappointed. We decided to cancel our stay for thr 16th and moved to another hotel. assigned a classic room to us in the email though we paid for elegance room. This was such an unpleasant experience for us from arya mansion. We have decided to note this seriously.

Rooms are not well maintained. Food was ok not great. There is nothing called as hospitality for any staff working at the hotel. Parking is cramped. Rooms are not worth the price.

Location: very good food: very good amenities: terrible service: non professional. No bath towels, no tv remotes, no water for flush tank, no proper power backup, no response from front desk on anything let it be room service, service calls for toiletries etc. No politeness at all by any of staffs including the ones in front desk. Very bad service

All good at staying in arya mansion, but cooling is very late and low cooling
