Regarding food the pearl didn't have the separate kitchen for veggies that forced us to move in search of veg hotels.

It was a terrific experience, still the old system and serving food was pathetic, morning breakfast was too horrible, no quality maintenance, no display whether it's veg or non veg. limited options for breakfast also. the staff were behavior was pathetic

Good Stay
The stay was comfortable. Property is situated in city center hence approaching the stay was easy. The food is good, limited options but quality and service were awesome

Stay at Hassan
I had a pleasant stay at this property. The rooms are clean and hygienic and well maintained. The staff is friendly and co-operative . The room has all the expected amenities, but the TV is old and I was not able to connect it to any OTT . The location is at the central part of the city and the streets nearby seemed safe . No concerns with safety at the hotel too. I was able to easily order from Zomato and Blinkit from this location.

Washroom was very pathetic. No exhaust. No value for money. Not so premium rooms as they claim over MakeMyTrip portal.

Poor Stay
Firstly when we logged in, there was no place for my car to be parked it took 15 minutes to find a place to park. 2. When we logged in telephone was not working, AC was not working, wash room flush was not working. 3. And when you go to there restaurant to have food the staff are rude not ready to take your order always in a hurry. 4. In-house dinning is not in place when I asked for sugarless coffee I was served coffee with sugar sad part is I had to pay for both coffees. 5. Elevator doesn't work properly. Scary to use them.

I recently stayed at The Pearl in Hassan and had a pleasant experience overall. The hotel offers a clean and comfortable environment with well-maintained rooms and essential amenities. The location is convenient—easily accessible from major parts of the city and close to several tourist spots, making it a good choice for both leisure and business travelers. The in-house restaurant served decent food, and room service was prompt. There’s also adequate parking and basic facilities like Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and hot water, which were all functioning well during the stay. While not overly luxurious, the property offers good value for money. Would recommend it for a short or overnight stay in Hassan.

Location wise, it's near to the main road. however the property allows guests to smoke inside the room. when we entered the room, it smelled yuk. with AC and no fresh air circulation, the whole room was not great

Excellent Stay
The room was excellent. The AC workrd well too. The room was spacious. But our room iron box did not work and when we complained and asked them to change it,they did not saying they did not not have a spare one. Luckily I went to my sister's room and ironed my dress. The food was good. Morning masala omelete was very good. I enjoyed staying in this hitel. Booking in Make My Trip was easy and smooth.

The ambience was bit wired it had old structured building not worth the amount for the room facilities way too rude ..! Cleanness was there but bit it was old kind of thing ..! Food was good
