Property location is ok but rooms , bed, bedspread and other amenities looks very poor than photos uploaded on MMT. Not upto the mmt standard

Room hygiene was very poor. Bedsheet was torn. Blanket was very dirty and not cleaned properly. Toilet was in horrible condition. Not cleaned properly

room was not at all clean, not fresh and #it was not open from many days# (receptionist himself admitted this) requested him to use room freshner which arrived after 4-5 hours of placing request at reception. had asked for towel, which is basic from a hotel, to which receptionist told, will give in 30 mins, but arrived only again after 5hrs, after calling/requesting him for 3times over call n personally at his desk. restaurant is available at the location, provides basic food, don't expect much, nothing very good. just basic at everything, staff is good, response is too late

I went to the room just to sleep. Room seemed good at this price. The window opened in the gallery. It is near railway station, so it's a plus point. Area is also good

Location near to ksrtc bus stand and railway station. From railway station it will be near compared to ksrtc bus stand

I stayed in this hotel for one night. The location is very accessible and the staff were helpful. The room had a table and a tv. Cleanliness is above average and recommended for a short stay.

If i can directly book for a non ac room the room tariff will be only 860. But after getting discount from makemytrip the rate including bf and dinner was 4300. Very poor room service, very small room, fan too sound, no complementary water also. If we go direct and booked even we get the bg and dinner take nv also 3500. Will be

We stayed at srivara residency in room no 211 and the stay was terrible, we hardly sleep due to noise of train, the grinder noise and the mosquitoes which were already stayed in the hotel, the wash room bucket was not clean and also the room is very very small and also we haven't given the receipt, however the food in the hotel is ok
