Good stay, neat and clean rooms, courteous reception staff, room service is fast, food is good, overall good experience

Property Location is Good - 8/10 Property Parking is Good - 8/10 Food and Breakfast is Avg - 5/10. Spread is same and no one to attend in brekfast counter. Table chair and utensils are not clean as u would like. Room is Okay Size wise - 7/10 Bed and Blanket -4/10 Bathroom and cleaning-4/10 Note: They will not give u extra towel. 1 per person per day. Incase u wanna take shower in evening and morning, sorry u can't else remain wet. For given price it is okay, but can be improved to give a delightful experience

I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay at the hotel. The room was tidy and cozy, with everything I needed for a relaxing visit. The staff were welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. Its location was ideal, making it easy to access nearby attractions and restaurants. Overall, it was a pleasant and hassle-free experience.

Room blankets are not cleaned and washrooms are dirty even though the food is very bad and the worst experience...

location is just near to the main road but very serene n peaceful. rooms are spacious, bathrooms are clean n hygienic. I am regular to this hotel since last many years. staffs are very good n helpful. food is also very good but only veg.

Mallige Residency at Hassan is A cozy accommodation with good interiors and lighting. neat and tidy and very cordial staff ...really A feel of fragrance of Mallige flower in terms of customer delight...

Receptionist had a very bad way of communication and also asked many personal questioned which was not required for the stay

Property was very good with ample parking space , neatly maintained and very nice service. Veg restaurant food was not good but the non veg food (order only option available) was very tasty.

No customer oriented. Booked for 2adults and 1 kids of 10 years, was very difficult to sleep in queen size bed asked for an extra bed and charged additional 728. Room size is 10*10. Also provided only mattress for extra bed that you need to sleep in floor. Management has many out dated policy and better to avoid this property.

I requested for additional tea bags and creamer and my request was out-rightly refused. I was told by the person at the reception that they give only once in 24 hrs and i have to wait for the next day. This is absurd. I have travel-led all over india and nowhere did i get such an answer. If one goes by strict calculations then the question i would like to ask is whether did they provide sufficient tea bags and creamer in the first place?

Property stay was comfortable and location wise very well located and easy connectivity with bangalore and sakhleshpur

The hotel is clean and ideally located near the railway station and bus stand. The bonus is a nice restaurant in house and very nice breakfast in the morning.

Polite staff. Clean rooms pocket friendly. It was a last minute find but somehow ended up the place i’ll book next time
