Breakfast was pathetic. Limited bath towels were provided. Hotel was not maintained properly. Service was ok.

Location was good, but food was not as per expectations. Amenities were not provided as desired. Hotel was also poorly maintained.

Average Stay
I stayed at this hotel for one nights and while the location is undeniably convenient—close to public transport, restaurants, and major attractions—the room itself was a letdown. The building feels quite dated, and the room had a persistent musty odor that made it uncomfortable to relax in. The furniture looked worn. It’s a shame because with such a prime spot, this place could be a gem if they invested in some renovations and deep cleaning. Until then, I’d recommend it only for the location—not the stay experience.

Terrible Stay
Worst hotel. Bed sheets and pillow covers were never changed, hull of stains and hairs. Water bottles were charged. Stinking room.

Poor Stay
1.The room is good no issues in it. But suggest to not take any food or drink in this hotel. while eating is good but at middle of the complete flush out. very bad experience. 2. while ordering please reconfirm the price. They will loot you in this. Actually I ordered food for 220 ruppe but they changed the checking time to 580 for the same item. they will not leave you until payment. Better to eat out side. This my personal experience.

Don't get fooled by the pictures.It is nothing like what appears online
Booked Treebo Shivani . Experience was horrible on all fronts.Checkin was handled by an elderly gentleman "Kailash Mishra" who has no idea about the hospitality industry.He's possibly the rudest front desks I have come across. Rooms are dirty.Chairs and Sofas have not been cleaned in ages.There are food stains all over. Washroom curtains have fungus. Toilets are unclean. I checked 3 rooms at the time of check-in and each one was worse than the previous one. Had to ask for the room to be cleaned and bedsheets and pillow covers changed. They had stains, the room was given for checkin without cleaning. Breakfast option s are Tea,paratha and Poha..that's all. I did not dare order anything from there. The hotel mainly appears to run on the clients of the bar attached..Not a place for family. Overall a very bad experience.AC doesn't work well.Lamp shades broken.Door doesn't close easily.The wifi doesn't work. Access is manually attempted!The photos online are possibly from the day the hotel started.

Excellent Stay
familyEverything is good but during the time of booking i have booked for 4 adults and one child in make my trip app but it only takes 4 adults. For this reason i have to pay 500 rupees extra for this. Kindly update your portal.
