it was good stay there n clean room. it's closer to chappan where we get lot of food varieties too..

Not a good hotel to stay. I have booked execuitive suite AC is not working. Rainwater is coming in room throught walls. All walls are leaking. Toiletaries not provided. Worst hotel to stay .

worst experience, un-trained team. there's no staff - as they have daily manpower for work . please look into this

It was indeed a great experience to stay at Kanchan Tilak.The staff was cooperative & friendly and the location of this hotel is prime, next to Chappan makes it more wonderful. We reached late night they welcomed warmly and everything was good the rooms were clean and tidy. Overall a good stay.

Rooms are dirty Furniture is very old Upholstery was stinking Towels very stinky Ac was very noisy Corridor was dirty and stinking like hell. Breakfast was very limited to 3 items. Staff was polite and attentive.

Location of this property is very prime. It’s behind the famous food venue known as Chappan, also the major locations are near to it. I ordered Veg thali and found it very awesome. Behaviour of staff is Polite and very receptive. Overall very good experience.

Hotel services were average. Room AC without remote, Ceiling fan making noise. Breakfast average. Wifi provided only after complain raised with MMT.

Lower than Average service. It is just a room not a hotel by any means. Almost no reception. They are just giving you a room. Will not go there again for sure.

Special thanks to [Name of Staff, if applicable] for going the extra mile. Food: The in-house restaurant served delicious meals with a good mix of Indian and continental options. Room service was quick and efficient. Wi-Fi & Facilities: High-speed Wi-Fi, business center support, and proper working desk made it easy to continue my work without any hassle. Safety & Comfort: The hotel followed proper hygiene and safety standards, and the overall ambiance was peaceful and relaxing.

the room was neat and clean. staff was cooperative. food was good. everything was fine and up to the mark. nothing to complain

Family room was nice. Breakfast was also good. We have not tried lunch and dinner hence don't know about it. Hotel should provide tea coffee sachet although electric kettle was there in room. Only drawback was the sound of pub / bar can be feel upto late-night.

The excellency forest trail is in a great location with beautiful surroundings. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, creating a lovely first impression. The hotel was clean, stylish, and roomy, with excellent service at the dinner venue. The food was good and great value, and the room was well-equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay and hope to return for a longer visit"

Located at prime location. But require bit maintainence. Good for business traveller. Have a decent bar
