As per my discussion with MakeMyTrip customer care, I had informed them that I reached the hotel early in the morning at around 5:30 AM. However, despite reaching the premises by 6:20 AM, I was left waiting at the gate for nearly 50 minutes, repeatedly calling and shouting for someone to open it. Unfortunately, no one responded to my calls.
I then contacted Fab Hotels' customer care, and they also attempted to reach the hotel for approximately 25 minutes. During this time, my call was placed on hold for 20–25 minutes.
In the end, I had no other option but to proceed with my stay despite this highly unprofessional behavior, as I was exhausted from my journey.
Additionally, I had paid extra for breakfast, but the hotel neither asked me about it nor served it to me.
I request you to look into this matter and take necessary action.
