Smelly rooms, with old fitments. AC is noisy. No handwash or soaps. Asked 3 times to provide then they provided the soap. staffs are good.

Hotel was Ok,Location was also good. Most disappointing thing is that they didn't provide breakfast even after reminding them.

Good Stay
Food was good , Staff was Good and location was best. Hotel Building specially Doors,Window,Washroom Pots and taps were very old and bathroom door was weak . Suggestion: Hotel should think to replace Doors, Windows, Bathroom Flush with new one.

Excellent Stay
Location was excellent, very much convenient for us to visit Sarafa Bajar, chhapoan buog & rly station, very polite staff, prompt room service, neat n clean roomes, overall excellant experience

Terrible Stay
Staff no co operative and there was renovation work was going on not informed earlier lot of disturbance not satisfied with stay

Below par hotel. Never had such a poor experience of Treebo Trend chain of hotels. Poorly maintained.

Very poor room and bathroom, not worth paying any money for this hotel. Not recommended even for business travellers.

Omni palace is average hotel not star.
Very old hotel. Inside all are antics. Near centre of the city. Breakfast good. Limited variety. Service is ok. Rooms not having window. Overall for one night is acceptable.

Pleasant stay at treebo omni place
groupThe stay experience at treebo omni place was more than satisfactory for the price paid for 2 deluxe rooms. While all the amenities within the room were working intact, the staff exceeded our expectations by offering to get us a quality breakfast from outside on our day of check in (as we were too tired. More over the complimentary breakfast had 3-4 options along with tea/coffee and was ample enough for each. More over a big thumbs up for the location where the property is situated. The only scope for improvement would be renovation/refurbishing the interiors since some of those have worn out
