pathetic stay
Whole hotel was a smelling like a urinal, hotel was shady,rooms where were dirty, things were falling in rooms, they didnt changed the room on request, bathroom got clogged up breakfast was not good,

Very bad location, reception guy doesn't know how to reach hotel and food is the worst of all. we were charged 1500/- for bad quality food

Terrible Stay
This hotel has too many stairs and smells in all the rooms. Expired amenities like amul milk which was in the room.

Location was away from mall road and basis services not provided and after asking them then they provided, Washroom bucket was broken also

The visual representation and actual hotel were absolutely different. The hotel was inaccessible. The facilities were bad. The place is shabby. There was no service. The staff was rude. Overall, a horrible experience.

location good,food average & not many items in food, amenities & services r good but there should be cab services as it is located at mountain & main market is at the down ,staff behaviour is good ,premises are also clean

Very bad experience
location - at very high slope, tough to reach out cleanliness- not at all, very bad, room was stinky washroom - very basic, no toiletries bedding- untidy food - average staff - not coperative overall - it was not at all likeTreebo chain hotels at all

Hotel location!
Unable to find out Hotel Locations, Very difficult to contact Hotel reception. Almost difficult to go by car at this Hotel. I need to pay local driver to park my car in Hotel. There is no lift or way to book room at ground floor. I would suggest all the details to be shared.

Good Stay
Property was good & clean enough with lake facing view it was tremendous. Food were delicious & hygienic with exotic taste. Yes its true that it’s situated 1 km far from Mall Road but its on vertical road so hotel should keeps their convenience ready for guests at chargeable rate.

property is way of Mall Road, on a very steep and narrow road, not at all approachable hotel denied prepaid booking when I approached Nainital Terrible hygiene, pathetic food Bathroom stinks and taps were broken There were spider 🕷️ in the room

worst Hotel not Recommended with the Couple and Family
Everyday Same Breakfast, Staff Behaviour is not good , Rooms Bedsheets & Metres are not Good. In the Evening 9.30 Kitchen will Closed if you Requested nothing you will get .

Poor Stay
Location - it was difficult to reach by steps specially for elders. Food - Average Facilities - Average Had to wait for 3/4 hrs to get the access to TV because of delayed recharge by hotel management. Didn't have any accommodation facilities for the driver's stay. They charged additional 2k for the stay + we have to accommodate the driver in one of the rooms that we have booked. They didn't even provide the extra space + extra charges were levied on the driver's food ( when breakfast was complimentary) Overall - poor Non Recommendable to anyone

Everything about the property was average, all the way from the room to amenities and food, it's very hard to reach this place with narrow alleys and steep ascent. The stay wasn't so bad overall if you can ignore all those things.

Good Stay
The hotel was good, although at quite a height. The stay was pleasant with very good breakfast. The only thing missing was the electric kettle for making tea/coffee as there were pouches in the room. One thing missing was they dont change bed sheets, pillow covers or quilt cover daily.

Terrible Stay
*fraud hotel, never book this hotel or you will suffer. We booked premium room which was average but there were lot of basic problems. Location is very bad, you have to climb lot of stairs or book taxi to reach hotel. Hotel food was pretty bad too, we were overcharged for worst quality food. It wasn't edible, we were frustrated to know that outside food not allowed. Room: 2 location: 0 service: 1 food: 0 free breakfast was bad too.
