Business trip to MGM HOSPITAL which was around 3 km from this hotel. The stay was comfortable, however the food was average. Water requested for the next day was on chargeable basis. Service was ok.

Location is good ,Rooms and staff behaviour was good. Food quality need to be more better according to the price. overall was a nice stay.

Receptionist
The hotel receptionist was arguing with me about the water bottle & he said the water bottle is from the room and you were checking in. That mean I am asking for water again even after using it. His behavior is very bad.

Average Stay
The hotel room was decent for the price. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning worked well, which made for a good night’s sleep. The staff was polite and check-in was smooth.

Geyser, shower, Wi-Fi nd lift not working.
I have spent 4 days in this hotel. And my experience is not good. 1) Geyser was not working. 2) showers is not working. 3) wifi is worst. 4) lift is for 1st nd 2nd floor , for 3rd floor lift is not working.

Excellent Stay
Nothing to complain. Very hygienic compared to many good hotels at Jamshedpur. You just get basic shampoo/shower gel as complimentary. Aesthetic wise room and toilet looks posh, expensive furniture and bathroom materials are used. Morning complimentary buffet is not so good. But the in-house restaurant is very nice has decent and affordable food.

room is very untidy and also small , the price is expensive for the room , bathroom was not clean and the receptionist at night was also rude , buffet was good

Good Stay
The staff was very prompt in services, near and clean rooms. Lift access to rooms on 3rd floor is absent and the food could be better. The rooms themselves are good.

Excellent Stay
The complimentary breakfast was top notch. Loved it. Commendable for the choices. Had south Indian options alongside bread omelette, aloo parantha, puri sabzi. They served us fruits and orange juice too. The staff was sweet and humble and they were quite cooperative. Location was nearby to market area and jubilee park. Hygiene was well maintained throughout. The washroom was nice and had hot water available.

Experience was good Enough but it's a request to do a refund policy coz may be sometime customer had some emergency or something else atleast at that time we had a option for refund not 100% but 60 - 70%

familyHotel is in residential area so it is peaceful. Rooms are very small and some amenities require improvement. Breakfast buffet is very poor. Cleanliness around food area require improvement.
