well maintained room with near by tata junction at good prices cap at best place with near by markit.Weel behaved staffs.

Service was not good, like, room cleaning and management was not professional

After booking through MakeMyTrip, I showed the invoice at the hotel, and they gave me a room. But as soon as I entered, I noticed a bad smell — the walls were damp, and flakes of paint and plaster were falling off. The bathroom had problems, and the room itself was very ordinary. I told them, “I’ve booked a Super Deluxe room. Can’t you give me a better one? Please check if that’s possible.” After my request, they said, “Alright, please come,” and gave me another room. This time, the room was fine — it had an AC, a proper bathroom, and everything matched the booking description. Then came the matter of breakfast. My booking included breakfast for all of us — two adults and two children. However, when we went for breakfast, they said, “You are entitled to breakfast for only two people. There are three options, and you can choose any one.” The food quality was quite good, and from then on, their behavior and service were excellent. We didn’t face any more problems. But I must say, the reality at the hotel was a bit different from what was shown during booking — the Super Deluxe room with AC and breakfast included wasn’t provided right away. If I hadn’t requested, I would have had to stay in that unhygienic, broken room — the one I never booked. Still, the hotel staff’s behavior and service were good overall, and in the end, the experience turned out to be satisfactory.

No proper behaviour. No decent staffs . I really had a bad experience staying in this hotel. First of all there was no staff assisting in car parking . They have a very tiny basement and no support received while we came for the first time . Also the rooms were smelling bad , we requested for towels but they gave one towel per room stating they don't have any extra towels . Requested the hotel for food without any red chillies for my baby but they added whole red chillies. When I have requested them to change it they told me it will be on a payable basis . Overall this hotel do not lives up to the mark and the standards shown in make my trip app.

Room is very bad, washroom lock was broken, no water in flash and water logged in room from AC, no action taken by hotel

Excellent stay. Cooperative staffs. Easily accessible and easy to reach from Tatanagar station. Room was cleaned everyday including changing of bedsheets and cleaning of toilet. There are options to book rooms with breakfast included. Breakfast is having buffet system in a nice restaurant which is within the hotel premises. Food can be ordered to the room as well by the same restaurant. The menu has variety.

hotel's location was very good, rooms is clean and their staff behaviour is very responsive. foods also very good.

We stayed in suit room. room size & toilet size are good. TV was not working and AC water comes inside room and wet our shoes.

I found this property but looking very old and dirty as shown in the picture clean.

The location was excellent, very close to Tatanagar Railway Station. One suggestion for improvement: please provide room fresheners for both the room and the toilet.

Moderately good, has accessable location, rooms and services are good, can be better. Best thing is it's location just near Jamshedpur railway junction

The hotel was shady ac was not cooling room and there was leakage on upper floor bathroom to our washroom

Great stay. They provided early check-in with additional charges but it was worth it. Their Manager , staff all are well behaved and knows what the best customer services called. Food was delicious. Highly recommended.

Hotel was not so far from Jamshedpur station almost 10 minutes walking distance. Service was also good. Palak Paneer was also good. Room also neat and clean.
