I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. The room wasn't cleaned before allotting me the room, there were leftover medicines in the drawer from earlier guest. The food I ordered from the hotel staff was brought in a aluminium bag which looked like it was purchased from roadside vendor, I suffered food poisoning after eating here. Pathetic experience

Staying at hotel nanak was a poor experience. There is no arrangement of food, complimentary breakfast was a scam. The hotel authority did not provive any toiletries, no hand wash etc at all. Although i booked for two days and done the full payment, but had to change the hotel after one day and stayed in another hotel. I astonished how make my trip made a contract with such a poor standerd hotel. It is very unfortunate, i will not book any hotel in future from this app.

Good facility & services provided like hot shower, drinking water bottle, clean bedsheet, extra blanket.

Room quality is average. Not have any balcony. This property doesn't have kitchen facilities, they serve food from outside. The behaviour of the staffs are good in first look.

However, the air conditioning unit was a bit noisy, which disrupted my sleep at times. *amenities: the hotel offers a variety of amenities, including a fitness center and a swimming pool. Both facilities were clean and well-equipped, providing a great way to relax and unwind. *safety and hygiene: i was impressed with the hotel's commitment to safety and hygiene. Hand sanitizers were available at multiple points, and the common areas were regularly sanitized. The only suggestion would be to have more visible staff enforcing mask-wearing in crowded areas. *food: the dining experience was mixed. The breakfast buffet had a wide range of options, catering to different tastes. However, the dinner menu lacked variety, and the food quality could be improved. The restaurant staff was courteous and attentive, which was a positive aspect. *staff: the hotel staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. They were quick to respond to requests and ensured that i felt welcome. One area for improvement could be the speed of the check-in and check-out process, as it took longer than expected. *constructive criticism: to enhance the overall guest experience, i would suggest addressing the noise issues with the air conditioning units and improving the variety and quality of the dinner menu. Additionally, streamlining the check-in and check-out process would greatly improve the first and last impressions of guests.

Hotel location was walkable from tata railway station, clean, hygiene maintained and very friendly behavior of all staffs. I will definitely stay again if they allot balcony added room.

The property is at a nice location and the amenities are of good quality but there is lack of cleanliness and hygiene.

Luxury hotel is a very nice place for family and all, very neat and clean, staff is very supportive

As description in the hotel detail it's not the same. And no room service the don't change the bed sheet and towel after service. When tea come it's come with un fress thermoses lots of gems. Not good service, by hotel staff are good.

This hotel does not have its own parking place & no wifi for customers. Besides everything was fine. Their hospitality & sincerity was ok.

Location is very near to railway station. Hotel was neat and clean . Behaviour of staffs was too good. Overall it was nice and around you will find lot of nice restaurants .

Worth the money. No hassle in check in n check out. Room was clean and comfortable. Will book for sure next time again.

Hotel room is very neat n clean, bathroom also maintained very nicely n spacious. Staffs are very polite n helpful n cooperative, atmosphere very peaceful even it's situated in between town. It's very near to tata nagar railway station n in between town n only 2 km away from one of the biggest mall of tata( pm mall) and jublie park. Strongly recommended.

Really satisfied with the stay. Very close to tatanagar railway station. Cleanliess is very good.
