Review Of Hotel O GURU NANAK RESIDENCY

First, when we asked for the paid booked room, they denied that they don't have registered their hotel in makemytrip. Then asked us to call to customer service. We already had made payment of rs 750( which was non refundable. At that hot weather we don't want to travel again and find a another hotel + the money was non refundable. So we asked to take extra charge. Which they charged us extra 750. They said their room worth is 1500(for ac. The room was not having tv. There was below average bed and was not having proper shawl( the was like long towel. Not at all comfortable staying. + there was power off going on ( 4 times) due to which a/c was getting off.

I booked this hotel through mm t but they taken extra amount before check in and there are also service related issues if electricity will cut they didn’t provide fans and ac facilities and i had also faced water issues in this hotel don’t book this hotel you can go for another hotel on same price
