It was kind of okay experience if I look at the charges,but service was not very efficient. When we entered we got a room with washroom filled with regurgitate water accumulate on the washroom floor. We complained about it then they changed our room next morning. We got a very nice room and finally we had a comfortable stay.So it's kind of mixed experience. But one thing I want to highlight is that we booked with free breakfast but hotel denied to offer. They said our booking didn't say free breakfast. Secondly we found they didn't have proper kithen running for the hotel so you need to really go out and hunt for food and even Tea.
So I am not very sure if I will visit this Hotel again. The staff were cooperative but I think there was no perfect mechanism of running a hotel and customer Service. I think makemytrip should really check on facilities before adding the hotel to your app.
Sometimes it is really upsetting situation.
