The hotel charged me more taken 300 extra and no wifi shared nor water bottle nothing, food are from outside and charges on hotel menu becoz the packing and taste where I eat many times from Humpty Dumpty restaurant

Verry bad experience,staf were rude , no good at all , took extra charges while check in n took so much time during check in

Property owner demanded 500 more money to check in. they told me that my booking is not showing. if you want to check in pay Rs -500

Room was booked from make my trip app although i was asked to pay extra cash for the room by the hotel staff.

As idz sharara city is near to this hotel (1.5km) but for student never ever book this hotel because as they take extra charges (₹500 - ₹600) and also they are not ready to provide bill, what they take extra charge .

Had a worst experience at this hotel firstly the staffs at the reception were very rude and ill-mannered, secondly even though we had an booking hotel staffs were forcing us to pay extra amount because of this we had to wait at the hotel for an hour and after that we had to cancel our booking.

They charged me extra ₹407 money although I had completed the payment at the time of booking. AC was not working properly. Except that everything was casual. I recommend you should first clarify all the queries only then book this hotel other wise book another hotel.

Hi, as i checked in hotel, they said they didn't have booking. I showed him details but they replied that there is no booking. When i said i will call on toll-free thay said i have to pay 800- more, then they will give room. I didn't have choice, so i paid

Hotel manager and owner not accepted booked price, they asked me to pay extra price otherwise they are not give room. I had to pay extra price.

They did not allow me to check in as they told that their property will be undergoing some short of renovation, if such is a case they would not have accepted my bookings, i was traveling with my mother and she was not well, it took some time but the issue was resolved my make my trip. But no such efforts were made from the hotels end.

I could give five star but there was no water in main tap in bathroom and sometimes the light of the room was off due to some electricity problem. Tv and wifi didn't work, the room was bit small but it was very clean. The receptionist and the staff was very helpfull. The hotel is near hill so you can view a great landscape. They provide food if you don't want to go outside, overall it was a great experience.

Good stay, but rooms should be more cleaned

Cleanliness - don't know the meaning of it! hygiene - pathetic covid norms - nothing in place food - even though the breakfast was complement - they deny wifi/hot water - just on the website but not in the room

Nice and clean hotel breakfast and service were also good , only thing is there was no hot water and there was some electricity issue at night.

Rooms are different from the pictures. Blanket was not cleaned
The picture of rooms are totally different from the real room at the hotel. Infant these are the different rooms. The blanket the provided us is too much dirty. Bathroom is cleaned. Disappointed with the room and the blanket.
