Review Of Hotel O Mini Punjab Hills

The room was very small. Although there was an AC and TV, neither remote was provided. Walls were stained with gutka, the bedsheet was torn, and both the blanket and towel were dirty and smelled bad. The bathroom door jammed and locked itself, forcing us to change rooms at midnight. There were no slippers or basic amenities, no shop nearby, and drinking water was simply tap water filled in a bottle. Overall, a very poor experience.

in the room there was not a working t.v and midnight suffering from lot of mosquito.also they are not providing any water bottle in the room

I have paid Full payment in Make My Trip but Hotel Taken Extra money for giving the Room when we reach the Hotel

We faced lots of problems in the room fan is not working properly ac is not cooling time to time power makes our experience drastic

Pros 1. 5 min drive from city 2. Dima lake is 10 mins driving distance 3. Good restaurant at ground level Cons 1. No proper room service 2. Cleanliness can be improved

Service provided by staff was to excellent

1) staffs are good 2) foods are tasty 3) clean room. 4) good location with spacious car park.
