I have booked the room and breakfast was included in that and did not get that and the ac was not working so horrible it was nothing to say I want my refund

Complimentary breakfast, clean and good, and maintainance is also good, Here’s a polished example of a good hotel review you could use: I recently stayed at here and I couldn’t be more impressed. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and always ready to assist with a smile. The check-in process was smooth and quick. The room was spotless, well-maintained, and beautifully designed, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. I also appreciated the attention to detail. The hotel’s location is perfect, restaurants, or transportation], making it easy to explore the city. Good Stay
The stay was absolutely fine, but the only thing was breakfast. If they can make it a buffet, it would be so good and regarding the room, the AC, the bed, the TV, the view everything was perfect.

Good Stay
Property is in prime location and well connected. Parking facilities are good. Rooms are well maintained and neat, clean. Walkways and lifts are small but for business travellers at this price range this is good. overall well maintained and well behaved staffs. Breakfast is a disappointment. but expected this since they mentioned it is being brought in from nearby hotel and served at room itself. Definitely need to improve on serving it properly.

Excellent Stay
Had a wonderful stay at treebo emirates. Though, the total hotel size seems small, the place is very designed. Rooms are cozy and have all the needed amenities. Good thing is that they serve a varied and healthy breakfast.

Good Stay
Everything is great, the breakfast was also good but wasn't served hot. The only thing that I didn't like was, the fan in my room was making a lot of noise hence I had to keep it off entirely.

amazing & budget friendly stay
Clean rooms, easy check in, very quick service and also provided breakfast every morning. it was in a good location and budget friendly

Terrible Stay
Disappointing Stay - Poor Conditions and Service I had a terrible experience at this hotel. Despite being told it was a new building, the room had fungus on the walls and lacked amenities unless requested. Customer service was unhelpful, and the ground desk seemed uninterested. The rooms were dirty, Breakfast time given 0730 to 0830 , after repeated requests finally received at 0930 and overall, the stay was disappointing.

Average Stay
Overall it was an average experience. First day they didn't provide water bottle and was going to charge us extra money for asking 2 bottles on the second day even after not providing water bottles on the first day for both the rooms. And the pillow looked like it was not washed . The complimentry breakfast was good and they even provided the food at the room . But at first they provided food without covering it and brought it all the way openly . But they corrected it after complaining.

Good Stay
Property location is very good. Also property is very clean and well maintained. Lift is very small to accommodate more than 2 people with luggage. Complementary breakfast is good but there is no restaurant or other food option. Overall experience is really good 👍
