I stayed here for business and the location is convenient to reach. However, however, i would like to point out that this hotel is located inside a business tower on the third floor in summer plaza and this building has offices. Which hotel is very ordinary when i reached to the reception at 3:30 pm no one was present. I had to find someone and asked him to bring the receptionist. The check-in experience was more that was offered a drink. The room was okay it had signs of at some places and a tiny tv. I forgot to mention all the rooms are located on a single floor. I personally didn’t like the room and i asked for a better room with a view which was denied by the receptionist saying that they didn’t had any other rooms to offer me, secondly, the amenities were not were not great. They had only provided a soap and two bottles of water. I wanted to have the lunch at the hotel, so i tried calling the room service and picked up the phone, but they couldn’t hear me, so i called the reception and no one picked up the call. So i had to went out of my room to find someone, and i found a boy who was working as a housekeeper who had no clue where the reception people are, but he did try to help me and someone that came in after 5-10 minutes, but by that time, i had decided to go out and eat lunch. There are a lot of restaurants and pubs and bars in andheri. So food is never a problem here. Next morning. I had asked for an ironing board which was denied by the reception people stating that i am broke and being a business hotel where people stay and we are formal close, they should have kept an eye so i had to wear almost crumple shirt to my meeting, but they did offer me to get the ironing done from outside the hotel, which was inconvenient to me at that point of time. I forgot to mention i was staying here for two nights, and i assumed that they’ll service my room the next morning which they didn’t. When i called the reception, they said that i had to inform them to get the room serviced the following morning. They didn’t even had a shoe shiner being a business hotel, and it was a problem for me, so i had to buy a shoe shiner. About breakfast, they only had like three tables and maybe like 510 room property for the guests to eat, and most of the people were sitting together. The buffet was limited, but i don’t complain considering the price point. However, i found it weird and inconvenient to sit with other guests who i do not know early morning hours when i’m having a breakfast. Overall, the tables average, however, they could really improve on the services which they offer their guests.
