Hotel is located in good point ..however the room needed repair n maintenence , bedsheets etc were old n run down. My room.was without a view n didn't have an option to.open windows or roll up.blinds that disoriented me much n i felt bit depressed waking a room. most imp.the hotel.doesnt have steps to.ascend or descend it's just a steep.druve way it's a drive in drive out. Maybe I won't book again

Average Stay
the tv was not working and the water heater ( Geyser) in the bathroom was not working properly. But the staff was good.

Poor Stay
First of all staff are very good. Very good dealing during receiving. Come to the facility provided . Bath towel are not cleaned. Pillow bed sheet are poor. Unable to sleep. AC remote not working. Most important there is RAT on above ceiling . Make sound and scratching on ceiling very disturbing.

Terrible Stay
Very disappointing stay. The room was nothing like the photos—cramped, poorly maintained, and not clean. The bed was uncomfortable, the linens felt unwashed, and the bathroom had a foul smell throughout our stay. The worst part was the breakfast. Extremely limited options, cold food, and absolutely no attention to hygiene. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Not worth the money, and certainly not the experience we were hoping for.

Poor Stay
That hotel was not as you saw in the booked photo and the bathroom was not clean bed sheet also not clean, smart key not working even that door was not safe.

Expectations and Quality Review from experience
The staff were very good at delivering customer Relations. There were certain things which where not available such as toothbrush and toothpaste, shampoo for Head wash, moisturizer etc which was normally provided at quality hotels. Hope Treebo will meet quality expectations of customers.

No proper room and no proper facility. Power cut every 30minutes. Very bad experience not good. Poor quality food.

The stay itself was nice, there were a few issues that need attention. Unfortunately, the food was disappointing—both in taste and quality. Additionally, I noticed that the hygiene standards in the dining area were lacking, which was concerning. If these areas could be improved, it would greatly enhance the overall experience.

Great to place to stay
businessDriving all day so need to take a break. This was available at a decent place. Not disappointed at all. Clean place, good bed, great hot water. Breakfast was decent. Could have served earlier. Most hotels serve from 7:30. They start at 8:30. I could have started my driving again earlier. Spacious rooms. But parking was tight. I wonder what the chances of me to get a parking space if there were two more cars. But worth the money. Like that place

Value for money
coupleI got the standard ac room in rs1800 with breakfast. Hotel is on the road, receptionist was also very helpful and also gifted us treebo goodies as spices. Room was spacious with all the amenities in good condition. And this place have parking facilities as well. Little disappointed with breakfast and the area where breakfast was hosted. Not in sync with the hotel standard.

familyThe hotel location is good with good connectivity. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff is very helpful and supportive. However, there is no restaurant attached with the hotel and need to find a good restaurant nearby for lunch, breakfast and dinner.

Terrible Stay
This was one of the worst stays, unhygienic and dirty rooms, no drinking water provided, dinner was much over charged, i will be writing to treebo for a refund. 4. I would have given it a 5, but an in-house restaurant is missing

soloThe hotel rooms were immaculate and rather pleasant. The staff was good especially the receptionist ms. Rajybai. She was really helpful, friendly, and nice. This was a fantastic place for our holiday.
