Its a building with some 30 rooms,4 storey without a lift. Has a green water pool cleaned only thrice a year. It doesn't have a restaurant and lucky guests can expect red ants in the room. It takes 30-45 min if you request for coffee/tea. No hot water available till 8 AM only & we were lucky few to have visited during water heater break down. Power back up only in the night. You'll get Idly-Sambar (no chutney) or Dosa Sambar (no chutney) only for break fast. Adults get 2 vadas one idli a day, kids are not counted for this. They make only limited number of dosa, idli or vadas and ask for more to see a funny smile from the boy saying we don't have more. They have 2 boys to serve, 1 CHEF & 1 room cleaning lady, that's the amazing team for the hotel. Room was cleaned only once in 3 days after 3 requests.

The beach is 5 minute's walk from this hotel.Hot water is not 24 hours.
