Room AC is not work properly and room temperature is so hot technician not come and not solve the problem entire night

location is proper industrial so not suitable for family and difficult for transportation. Rooms bed and over all amenities I would rate 2 out of 10. The hotel is like an old wine bottle without new wine.

Room not alloted. Though having a confirm booking. I request to refund amount as soon as possible. Bad experience

Add this price. It is a decent hotel. The location is little bit scary, but inside the hotel, everything is great.

Rooms were horrible broken roof , untidy bed sheets stains on walls ,suffocating rooms and bad odour in room, I canceled the booking after seeing the property, and didn’t get refund after paying full amount

I will never sugget anyone to book hotels through make my trip, horrible experience, besin of washroom was block, they dont give you extra bed after taking money for that.

Rooms was not clean bathroom and bathroom tiles are also not maintained, there is sound in the bed like it's broken, when i entered the room there was smell like somebody had smoking in side and after asking for room fresher many times no body bothered.

Room was good. Staff behavior was average, slightly on the rude side. Charged for water bottle as well.

It did not look like a family hotel. The walls were stained. Rooms showed on app were completely different from what we were allocated. Buckets were broken and some of the equipments in bathroom were not working. Overall it was not a pleasant experience for a family. So would not recommend for a family.

Hotel services are pathetic, tv was not working, door lock was broken and not able to sleep because of the fan noise

aap ki location bahut aachi hai . aap ke wajah se hamari yatra bahut achhai sampann huwi main aapke food quality and quantity se bhi bahut khush hoon.

The room in the hotel was very good and all the necessary stuff was kept in it the only problem of the hotel is the location which is shadowed by the truck in that region.

Room was smelling odd, was full of cockroaches. There was no redressal of the issues. Worst hotel. Left the hotel within minutes

Hotel was pathetic

I recently stayed at a hotel in lucknow, and i am extremely dissatisfied with my experience. Firstly, despite having booked and paid for the room the hotel staff insisted that i pay again in cash upon arrival. Being tired from my journey from bareilly, i did not remember that i had already paid and complied. This incident raises serious concerns about potential fraud on the hotel's part. Secondly, the hotel was far from family-friendly. I requested basic amenities such as toothpaste, a towel, and a brush, only to be told that they don’t provide any of these items. Even a simple request for a water bottle was denied. To make matters worse, during check-out the next morning accompanied by men. This raised serious concerns about the safety and appropriateness of the hotel for families. I would strongly advise against staying at this hotel. It is neither reliable nor secure, and i would not recommend it to anyone seeking a safe and comfortable stay.

Despite having made the payment , I was asked to pay again in cash upon arrival. Additionally, the hotel lacked basic amenities. Upon arrival, I requested a towel, only to be told they were unavailable. I also inquired about soap and a toothbrush but was informed that they don’t provide any complementary items. Furthermore, I noticed concerning activity the next morning with individuals arriving with covered faces, indicating possible unsavory activities. This made it clear that the hotel is not family-friendly and poses safety concerns, especially for women. Given these issues, I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone, particularly families traveling from afar.

The beds were very comfortable, and the cleanliness maintained by housekeeping was excellent.

The hospitality was warm and welcoming, ensuring a wonderful stay.
