I would prefer staying in Dharamshala next time but not in Emerald Guestimony. Utter poor service, lobby stinks especially waiting area a reception area, cockroaches in room, no room servies facility, you have to ask for towels a you will get in evening. Worst Cleanliness in bathroom specially.
