there was no breakfast served and no arrangement for breakfast at the hotel when the breakfast was included in my trip already they directly said they don't have go out and eat room was ok AC remote was not working

The hotel is terrible. Door locks is not good. lift aslo not working well, and bathroom also not cleaned.

Good Stay
Rooms are good spacious staffs behaviour also good and last Lotus restaurant meals are very good specially north indian thali, Dosa, Tea, Egg curry biriyani. But house keeping service needs improvement please.

the stay was awesome.The room was clean as well maintained. the bathroom was also good and clean. With this rate, well get a AC room and its quiet good. It is suitable for family, couples and solo traveller also
