Review Of Townhouse Halcyon Deccan Inn Near Shilparamam

I recently booked a two-day stay at the Super Townhouse Halcyon Deccan Inn near Shilparamam .I checked in at 12:00 PM IST today and was assigned to Room 202. However, within 10 minutes of my stay, I noticed a severe cockroach infestation, including on the bed. I immediately informed the hotel staff, who shifted me to Room 303. Unfortunately, this room also had the same unhygienic conditions, with cockroaches present on the bed. Due to the unacceptable living conditions, lack of proper maintenance, and non-functional amenities (such as AC, I contacted Makemytrip support and checked out of the hotel within four hours of check-in. Despite raising my concerns, I was informed that the property follows a non-refundable policy. However, given the poor hygiene standards, unresponsive staff, and overall subpar experience, I find it unacceptable that no resolution or refund has been provided.

Size of the is good but there ate many tiny cockroaches all over the room. Including bed and all and also there's no kettle and hot water comes only in mornings. From afternoon there's no hot water in the bathroom

Nice stay and decent location . Lot for Solo a, couple and group stays in reasonable prices . Good to go

I stayed at Capital O Halcyon Deccan Inn on November 8-9, 2024, and had a terrible experience. Despite being advertised as a non-smoking room, the room was packed with smoke smell, causing me a severe headache. Additionally, the room was infested with cockroaches, making it unsanitary and uncomfortable. Given the misleading listing and unhygienic conditions, I request a refund or compensation.

They don't provide toiletries and water bottle. Cockroach present everywhere. Bathroom is poorly maintained

Overall, the room is satisfactory, but the washroom cleaning and room maintenance must be maintained.

The property location was good enough and we had much more food option surrounded us. Traveling was convinced
