Review Of Thomson Regency

When we arrived at the hotel, the owner had booked the rooms we reserved for someone else offline. We finally got one room after saying that we would not spend the night. Even though we booked for 3 adults, they were asking us to pay extra for a mattress to be added if we wanted to continue with the booking and spend the night. There was only an opened bottle of water we got from the property. The towels we got were shedding threads when we used them to wipe.

Good and decent worth for money stay with group. Very supportive staff and very near to airport, just walkable distance.

Staffs good service good friendly behavior but toilet not clean so much insects and some small i teams also there

Hotel was abendoned. No doors were locked. Person came when he called several time on his mobile. No generator or invertor was there. Layer of dust was all over the floor.

Place is good, nice person to meet and talk about the experience and places near by. Thank you for the hospitality

Stayed in peaceful area and food breakfast was good location to near airport enjoy lot. Transport easy to go air port

The property doesnt have lift service. Also there is some internal issue between the staff and owner. We had to show the booking voucher since owner doesnt have access to his mm t account. Apart from these things room was good and clean and service was good.

Hotel rooms are stinking, with ants etc. Ac room not provided, no water and blanket provided. For everything we have to reach reception in person then only we will get. Welcome drink not provided. But mr. Thomson is awesome he arranged needful transport on payment with his contacts at late hours and helped me a lot. Overall 3/10 to hotel and 10/10 to mr thomson

We reached hotel at 1 pm but room was not ready, we wait for 1 hour in parking area untill they make it ready. Very poor experience, avoid such hotel if you traveling with family.

No lift, restaurant, far to eatery, depend on swiggy, all others good, good room clean hygiene

Comfortable stay, good staff and excellent management. Neat and tidy rooms. Recommended for stay when you have early morning flight.

I booked three rooms for a night, just for sleep is enough. In this budget i am not expecting anything & same happened.

The staff was very cordial and friendly. Hotel location is in a quite location and clean. The rooms are comfortable and spacious enough for a couple and child. The rates are affordable. They serve a decent breakfast too. Room amenities were good!
