Location of Xanadu property in Coonoor is breathtaking with a view of the misty hills and sunrise over the mountains. The Staff is hospitable, friendly, and eager to help. The manager, Bishnu, is super attentive and ensures a comfortable stay. The Food & Dining is delicious, home-made, and customized as per preference. The Room is spacious, clean, and offers a great view. However, some guests found the bathroom small and poorly ventilated. The property is a must-visit for a wonderful experience surrounded by nature.
