I recently stayed at Vanya and had a truly wonderful experience. The hotel is set amidst a beautiful garden, which immediately creates a calm and refreshing atmosphere. The service by the staff was excellent throughout my stay. They were not only polite and professional but also very attentive. Every request we made was handled quickly and efficiently, whether it was in the restaurant, with room service, or even assistance with our luggage. At the restaurant, the team was thoughtful and attentive, ensuring that our dining experience was smooth and enjoyable. It was clear that guest comfort and satisfaction were their top priorities. Overall, I was very impressed by how well the staff went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. The combination of the serene garden setting and the prompt, caring service made the stay memorable. I would highly recommend Vanya to anyone looking for a stay that blends natural beauty with exceptional hospitality.

The vanya is set in tranquil settings among-st abundant greenery. The rooms are spacious, neat and well maintained. The breakfast spread is very good with live counters for dosas and eggs. It’s location just next to the gcbc restaurant gives you the choice of food and drinks all the time. Very courteous and helpful staff make your stay comfortable.

Calm and serene place away from the bengaluru rush. Great rooms and superb facilities that are really well maintained. With gcbc right in the compound, it’s really the perfect weekend getaway.

The property is really great, and the rooms are good as well. The food is tasty and reasonably priced. However, i was disappointed with the behavior of the staff. We were warned about additional charges for damages as soon as we entered the reception and hadn’t even checked in yet. We wanted to order food, so we called the reception and were told they would call back but never did. Later, when we called back to check if we could order, they informed us that the kitchen was closing soon, so we had to place our order immediately. Since their rules stated that swiggy and zomato orders were allowed, we decided to order from swiggy. When we asked the staff to send some plates and spoons to the room, we were questioned about why we needed them, even though their rules explicitly allow external food orders. Additionally, although there were no rules about visitors mentioned when booking, we were later told no visitors would be allowed, and they stopped our guests even when we informed them they were just there for a birthday event and guaranteed they would leave within an hour.
