Realy have a very bad experience with the stay. The rooms are cosy and not clean. The bathroom was not clean and it is smelly. There were cockroach and ant on the bed window shield and curtains. very bad stay

it was a terrible stay.. cockroach were moving on the wall. bedsheet and pillow covers were stinking.washroom was smelly and dirty... very unhygienic hotel.totally waste

Staff was so arrogant and room is very small and no service provided proper plz search another option don’t go here

Excellent Stay
Ts c hotel heaven is very near to railway station & it's just 1 km far from lord dwarikadhish temple. Rooms are very nice neat and clean. Linen is very good condition.

Best budgeted property in dwarka near by 1 km distance. The rooms are very clean. The staff is cooperative nature.

soloIn my booking breakfast was included but the hotel employee said there is no break fast option secondly i have shown him the booking but they refused as said there is no option for breakfast. Thirdly when i raised the issue in customer care they said they cannot do anything as hotel employee are saying i left early when on 7th jean i confirm about breakfast and they claim there is no kitchen in hotel all food is being outsource. At last i have no option but to have breakfast outside and pay extra and on other hand had already charged me extra for breakfast. Very bad experience

Terrible Stay
familyThey are charging 4300 for a day. And room is like a store room, no maintenance, no ventilation no cleanliness. Room suffocates. This hotel should be under 1k only, ac c to its service. They will give hot water only for two hours even if you request them, they will not start the hot water supply before that. Because of which we missed mangla aarti also in short horrible stay
