Restaurant service is very poor. location is okay. Room is okay. we had ordered for dinner, they serve to take one and half hour for that. Amazing service ,i had not experienced that type of service in My life.

Just because we don't allow outside guest inside the rooms again and again! Those who don't have reservation with the property will not allow inside the rooms that's the rule of the property; you can meet outside guest in the reception area. Still, we allowed you for few times, but you don't allow us to check their Id's also. you have reservation of 2 members, and you invited 3 to 4 members randomly and multiples times. sorry, that's not allowed. our property is very neat and clean. Thank you.

1. location: was very near to dwarkadhish temple , on main road 2. food - hotel food was also good in taste liked it 3. Rooms - I felt the hotel was newly constructed, all rooms were good near n clean would recommend to couples n family go for a superior deluxe room. overall: To good experience, we stayed here for couple of days and experience was too good.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND STAY

I stayed in room 402, and my experience with both the hotel and the service was terrible. The intercom and tea kettle were not functional; it seemed like the phone was only there to confuse guests. Additionally, there were no toiletries provided—no shaving kit, no body wash, nothing at all. The lock on the bathroom was also in poor condition; my 11-year-old son got locked inside, and without a working intercom, we had no way to call for help from the staff.
