The property is located near Iskon gate, offers good stay, bathroom were clean, staffs were well behaved and also helped me to hire a cab for local sight seeing at a reseaonable rate..over all good experience for my short stay..

the experience was average. no food allowed in rooms. and the timing for food in the restaurant is limited

Poor management; staff are rude and rough. The location and cleanliness are okay. , but when I asked for some milk for my baby, they sternly refused so I didn't try their restaurant. Very disappointing.

Hotel was good...staff and other workers are familier...location is nearest to dwarkadish temple...but room size is very small..

Very good hotel and very clean rooms and washrooms and all rooms is having 2 ton AC you should stay in this hotel very good hotel and all hotels are providing water bottle which we have to purchase but this hotel provided us 3 liter of water storage bowl type in Hindi called ketali. Very good hotel they provided lunch and breakfast also.

at this price room is good.. but poor service, no one can carry our bag to room. also washroom light not working.

Property location is good, owner is very friendly, and restaurant staff is also good. They need to work on their front desk staff personnel, thoroughly unprofessional and least bothered about you staying with them

There is no hot water facility. but the breakfast was good and healthy. there is proper arrangements for additional bed.. rooms interior was not good condition

Room was good and confortable but basic equipment was not there like hot cattle and tea coffee and they where taking high amount but there Tv was not working and also the AC was not working properly and there don’t have tea and coffee service you have to go out side to have that in the morning if you go there keep in mind they just provide room other things you have to manage. We paid Rs. 10,000 for 3 days they have taken high amount but didn’t provide the breakfast which should be complimentary so its 3/5

Extremely disappointing service at Hotel Swagat. I had reserved two Delux rooms, including Hi-tea/breakfast, for our family with children. We didn't get Tea or Breakfast. I'm following up from more than 20 days for GST invoice for my booking, I didn't receive. It's more than a month since advance payment and more than 20 days from my stay. The front desk staff are very rude, unprofessional and dismissive. Owner isn't bothered to provide any help. This hotel lacks customer service, professionalism, and basic hospitality standards. I would not recommend it to anyone, as it could ruin your holiday experience. Still awaiting the GST invoice from them

Property is close to dwarikadhish temple. Accessible to all the eat streets. Location wise it is good

The overall experience at hotel swagat was very nice and staff of hotel was also cooperative and helpful but it is little bit expensive for the single day and the complementary hi tea was also not provided by the hotel

The room was very spacious and well maintained with close proximity to the Dwarkadhish Temple, the restaurant was okay..the only downside was the manager who was very rude and was reluctant to talk and unfriendly attitude...
