Hotel Was Un maintained, Property is not at all cleaned and Hygienic.. Staffs are Helpfull but Maintenance-of rooms / Bathrooms / Lobby not up to the marked and as per room cost is higher than service and room they provide..

Service wasn't good at all, Hotel Lift was not working as well. staff wasn't cooperative. For small Requirement like water, need to wait for so long.

Terrible experience never suggest anyone

First of all very disappointed with property stay booked As my last booking at Lord Krishna dham(Dwarka - Gujarat) was very hilarious experience please find remarks of property as mentioned below :- 1. There was no hygeine at all in room as well as washroom as very bad smell while I was entered in the room(In both rooms as have booked 2 rooms) 2. Cockroaches were ran from here to there in room 3. No hot water facility in the bathroom as I have travelled with child and elder people so all were suffered due to this :- Need really compensation amount for this 4. In total 3 days booking no cleaning was done at room told to property guy to clean the room but not done and no one was interested to do this I think 5. No daily basic cutlery provided like dental lit etc. 6. Have booked 2 rooms with breakfast for 3 days but I was surprised as hotel guy told me that u have to go with your family (With old mother and father and my 3 years old child) to other restaurant by walk or by auto from existing hotel to other restaurant 1 km away which is very unprofessional thing and I have never seen this type of thing iny history anyways I went with my family next day in morning for breakfast 1 km away than I can to know that breakfast is over and not served so along with my 3 years child I went to other restaurant I don't know you guys are imagined or not this situation again on second day I went early in the morning for breakfast with my family than I came to know that today this restaurant not serving breakfast than again I took auto for other restaurant on 2nd day again it was literally harrasment to us
