I stayed at this hotel with my family for two nights, booking two rooms, and was pleasantly surprised by the facilities and service. While the hotel looks relatively small from the outside, the rooms are spacious. Since it’s a new property, everything feels neat, clean, and well maintained, with modern bathrooms. The internet TV with OTT kept the kids entertained. Overall, it was a comfortable stay at a budget-friendly price. An other good part was the restaurant, decent flavour with excellent service made the experience even better. 5

Every time i book this hotel while visit dwarka but this time no gesture by staff no chai,coffe packed packets and asked for paid chai they said wait for morning time only

Despite this, we extended your check-out time till 1:00 PM without any extra charge, purely as a gesture of goodwill. We understand that you may have checked in later than expected, but our check-in time begins at 2:00 PM, and late arrivals do not change the standard check-out policy. Please note that we try our best to accommodate all guest requests, but we must also ensure fairness and smooth operations for upcoming guests. If we do not have room availability and cleaning time, further extension beyond 1:00 PM is simply not possible. We appreciate your understanding and hope to serve you better in the future.

I had booked 4 rooms one was triple sharing. Each room cost me around but for one room the AC was not working. But they didn't do anything and even said that they would refund the money for the room and charge for non AC but just was given as refund which I think wasn't correct.
