Excellent Stay
Place is well maintained, staff is friendly and helpful, service is good and the food is amazing. Property is also close to sherpur gate(zone1 to 5)

Excellent stay
Very nice property and good hospitality. Suite rooms are nice but there was no mirror. Food was good but limited options. Other than that, stay was very comfortable and good.

Overpriced food and drinks
Property is well maintained but staff is not that trained and not professional in behaviour. Food options are very limited and way too overpriced for that place and in comparison to other at par hotels. We stayed one night in tiger den which is also huge property with lot of good food options and at a quite reasonable price. On top of that they charged our baby food which is very limited just one bowl of plane boiled dal and rice 150- rupees. Many other places they don’t charge it and even if they charge it is minimal, i mean 150- is way too much. The service was poor. So overall experience is not good.

Rules
As per its written in the rules that alcohol consumption is not allowed in premises but the opposite happens there. There was a group of people who was constantly drinking alcohol and no action was taken by the hotel authorities.

Average Stay
The rooms were nice and clean. The staff was polite and helpful. The only let down was the food. It was average nothing very special and limite options.

Average stay with dirty washroom and hot water unavailability.
Washrooms were not clean. There were stains on the walls. There was no hot water in the morning as well as evening, during the stay. Front office tried to help with the safari pickup and other formalities. Overall, an average experience.

Excellent Stay
शेरगढ़ रिजॉर्ट , रणथंबोर में प्रकृति, लक्जरी और हॉस्पिटैलिटी का उत्तम मिश्रण है। बहुत अच्छे कमरे, खानपान की व्यवस्था और अच्छा केयर टेकिंग स्टाफ, मजा आ गया । हम दो परिवार , 7 सदस्यों के साथ गए थे बहुत आनंद आया। recommended for all गिविंग हाई फाइव।. परिसर में अच्छी हरियाली, झूले, कॉटेज , स्विमिंग पूल और अच्छा रेस्टोरेंट उपलब्ध था । स्वीट स्टे. रात 1 बजे भी खाने पीने की सामग्री ,. उपलब्ध थी

Poor customer service
There was no facility for a room blower or heater at 10 degree cold for a 7000 rupees suite, my kid had a terrible time. The director was rude and unprofessional. The acs didn't have heating feature. Terrible experience, not suggested

Good Stay
it was amazing experience and we are thankful to mr. maheshwari property owner for his warm welcome, he is a gem person and he took care of our safari even on last moment and ensured that we get best service as we had young kids with us. amazing part was we did come across the amazing wild life and tiger 🐯 which was thrilling and joyful at the same moment. food is above average and will surely keep your gut happy.. it was an amazing experience and we are thankful to mr. maheshwari (property owner) for his warm welcome, he is a gem person and he took care of our safari even on last moment and ensured that we get best service as we had young kids with us. amazing part was we did come across the amazing wild life and tiger 🐯 which was thrilling and joyful at the same moment. food is above average and will surely keep your gut happy.. room service was good, though extra blankets quality can be improved.

Looted by make my trip to book a 2star property in name of 4 star
I have been robbed by make my trip for charging9870 for one night in this 3rd class property, rooms are so basic, please don't go with kids. Property in isolated located. After paying heft amount no cultural programme and even for small bonfire they tell it's chargeable. While booking hotel owner was so polite but when you reach there he was totally change man. Money minded people.

familyStay was comfortable, food is very nice staff is very courteous and caring luxury tents were spacious and comfortable, we enjoyed a lot i recommend this property strongly to all those who are looking for a good resort at ranthambore

couplePathetic hotel, with worst location and rude and arrogant staff. Basic amenities also not available. Director and Manager both have worst behaviour towards customers. Overall a poor experience in this place.

Excellent Stay
Our stay at shier garh has been delightful. The rooms were clean and the property is well maintained with good open spaces, lawn and a big pool. Service was great. Food is good too. Overall, we had a good time. Highly recommend this property.

Good Stay
It was a beautiful property in terms of location, maintenance and the infrastructure. The food was average. The staff and hospitality was excellent as they helped us a lot in terms of booking the safaris. Overall experience was very good. The location was excellent and the staff was super friendly
